The establishment of a Long Service or Performance employee recognition program is one of the most exciting aspects of employee recognition. Service anniversaries are an excellent time to acknowledge the importance of employee loyalty and value, but recognition should come in many forms - recognition of performance, sales achievement, customer service, teamwork,  motivation and to honour the years an employee has devoted to their employer on retirement.

Recognition programs have the distinction of setting companies apart. When employees are motivated and enthusiastic, the return on investment is significantly increased. When an employee believes they are succeeding and are appreciated they become more persistent, highly motivated and achieve. Your employees' attitude will make the difference in how the finished product or service is delivered to your customer.
